Designed for medical microsurgical applications including ophthalmology and neurology procedures, the compact and lightweight design allows the C-mount head to be easily mounted on most existing surgical microscopes. High Definition images and videos can be recorder directly in the SD Card. Surgical footage can be shared with clinicians/colleagues, at conferences and symposiums, and for surgical training and education.

The SRG-HD-2385X can capture Full HD images with 1,080 effective scanning lines even in progressive format, allowing you to see details and movement in videos with greater clarity than in interlaced format.
It's latest 1/1.9" Wide Sony CMOS Sensor can capture more details in single frame as compared conventional 1/3" Small sensor as it allows more light rays to enter through the sensor which forms the image.
High Sensitivity with superior illumination
A high sensitivity of SRG-HD-2385X means it can capture extremely clear video and still images even in near darkness – specifically for procedures involving areas of the anatomy that are difficult to illuminate during a particularly intricate microsurgery. This level of sensitivity allows the camera to capture more natural colours and suppress noise caused by higher gain. Ideal for ophthalmic posterior surgical procedures that involve the retina and optic nerve areas. The camera can also capture and reproduce very brightly-lit areas at standard exposure level.

Adjustable Image Parameters
The SRG-HD-2385X also features other image-adjusting features such as Auto Exposure, Digital Zoom, Brightness, Picture Flip etc.. The Picture Flip function can turn the camera picture horizontally, vertically, or both horizontally and vertically according to the microscope.
