Frequently Asked Questions

Does the Full HD option produce a 1080p image by itself?

No. The sinuscope is a passive optical instrument. The Full HD-compatible configuration is designed for use with a compatible 1080p camera system. Final output depends on the complete imaging chain.

Why can HD and Full HD-compatible scopes look similar when new?

Both scopes may initially provide a clear image, and the connected camera or monitor may limit the visible difference. The premium option is intended to distinguish itself through fine-detail clarity, usable depth of field, illumination uniformity, and retention of optical performance over repeated service.

Can the sinuscope be autoclaved?

The selected model is steam sterilizable at 134°C only when processed according to its complete validated reprocessing instructions. Temperature alone does not define a sterilization cycle.

Which diameter and angle should I select?

Choose 4 mm or 2.7 mm and a 0°, 30° or 70° direction of view according to the intended professional application, compatible equipment, and the clinician’s requirements.

Professional-use notice: Use only by trained healthcare professionals and only for indications permitted by the selected model’s labeling and applicable local regulations.
